HARRISBURG, Pa. (April 13, 2026) — McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that attorney Peter Kramer has joined the firm’s Real Estate Group in Harrisburg, where he will support clients across Pennsylvania.

Kramer represents residential, industrial and commercial property owners, developers, and business owners in transactional and land use and zoning matters. Working alongside the firm’s experienced land use and real estate team, he advises clients on zoning, subdivision and land development, development approvals permitting, purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and all other real estate transactional matters.

A native of the Harrisburg area, Kramer returns to the region after practicing in Philadelphia, where he advised clients on environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, including due diligence, risk allocation, regulatory compliance and related disputes. He also represented utility companies in litigation matters.

He earned his law degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Penn State University.
